Loddon Campaspe Community Legal Centre provides free legal advice appointments, face-to-face and over the phone, to people who live or work in Greater Bendigo, Loddon, Campaspe, Mt Alexander, Central Goldfields and parts of the Macedon Ranges.

What can we help with?
You can contact us for advice on family law matters (divorce, property, parenting and child contact), domestic or family violence, consumer matters, complaints about government services, credit and debt problems, criminal matters, motor vehicle accidents and a range of other legal issues.

What to expect when making an appointment?
When you contact us by phone, or visit our office in person, you will speak to our friendly Intake Team. They will ask you about your legal problem to work out if we have a service that can help. They may also ask you for some personal information, for example, your name, and the names of the other people involved in your legal matter.
If we are not able to give you advice about your legal problem, we will give you information about other services that might be able to help you.
What will happen at your appointment?
If we are able to assist you, our Intake Team will make an appointment for you to speak to one of our friendly lawyers. At your appointment, the lawyer will:
- Give you information or advice about your legal problem;
- Talk to you about your options;
- Explain what our service can do to help; and
- Talk to you about other services that might also be able to help.
