Health justice training for mental health workers and consumers

istock workshop small webPartners in Recovery has funded Loddon Campaspe CLC to develop and deliver a training program for mental health workers and consumers of mental health services within the Loddon Mallee region.

The training will focus on topics of key interest to workers and consumers that are most likely to impact on mental health and well-being including:

  • the Mental Health Act
  • housing
  • credit/debt/fines
  • utilities bills/consumer law
  • family breakdown, and
  • accessing legal/advocacy services in the region.
