Sometimes children aren’t the only ones caught in the middle of a dispute between separated parents. Teachers, School Administrators and Welfare Staff are often drawn into family disputes involving students. And understanding intervention orders, parenting plans and court orders can be tricky.
To help local school staff understand their legal position and responsibilities in relation to family law disputes, Loddon Campaspe Community Legal Centre and the Family Law Pathways Network (Bendigo Shepparton) have teamed up to deliver a practical workshop that will explain how family law disputes can impact on students and separated parents.
Participants will take away fact sheets and resources they can share with colleagues and keep for future reference.
Date Tuesday 6 August 2013, 4:00-5:30pm
Venue Bendigo South East Secondary College
Cost $35 per participant
RSVP 2 August 2013, email or phone Lisa Grealy at Loddon Campaspe CLC – (03) 5444 4364.
