Taking the stand for a client in court?

Witness in the box in a courtroomEach month we run free lunchtime training for local community workers on a relevant aspect of the law.

In June, Zubin Menon (one of our solicitors) will talk about how community workers should handle themselves when they are asked to act as court support for clients and/or have to take the stand to give evidence on behalf of clients.

Zubin will discuss court protocols, procedures, and the dynamics between barristers, Magistrates and witnesses. Zubin will allow plenty of time for questions.
